Loyalsock AYSO - Region 519 Refund Policy

All registrations to the region are comprised of two parts: one is a regional fee that goes to our region and a national player fee which goes directly to AYSO covering among other things the insurance and liability for each player.

In the event you wish to request a refund for your child's registration, you must do so my contacting the Loyalsock AYSO Regional Commissioner in writing requesting a refund for the specific player(s). Refund requests should be made immediately. Upon receiving your request, we will review it, and if approved, issue a refund for the regional fee only to the individual listed as the billing contact on the registration. The national player fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check and may take 2-3 weeks processing time to be issued. 

No refund will be issued once a child attends practice, and no refunds will be issued after the start of the season. 

The Loyalsock AYSO Region 519 regional board reserves the right to make case-by-case exceptions to this policy as appropriate at any time.
